For mobile number callers or for where the 1300 or 1800 number transfers to a mobile number, this is charged at 45c per minute from the outset of the call.
Is there a contractual period, I mean can I cancel at anytime?
We're unlike other providers who require you remain with them for a set period. The short answer is that 'there is absolutely no penalty for cancelling at any time'. In fact, we often have overseas travellers who sign up for less than 2 weeks. The only thing we ask is that you do pay for the service one month in advance.
How will the faxes arrive to me?
As soon as someone sends a fax document to you, our system will automatically and immediately send the document as a PDF file attachment to your nominated email address.
How do I send a fax?
Quite simply, you create an email message (in Plain Text' format), then attach your PDF or WORD document to the email, then address the email to: faxnumber@ourfaxserver.com, and press send. Easy!
