Email to Fax is an email based Internet fax service that enables an unlimited number of users to send faxes right from their PC, simply by addressing an email message to the recipient's fax number. Email to Fax allows the user to attach most commonly used documents like Word, PDF files and more to email messages. Email to Fax automatically converts these attachments into a fax. All document conversion and delivery is handled within our Network. It's easy to use, convenient, reliable, AND cost effective.

Overseas Rates

Is there a contractual period, I mean can I cancel at anytime?
We're unlike other providers who require you remain with them for a set period. The short answer is that 'there is absolutely no penalty for cancelling at any time'. In fact, we often have overseas travellers who sign up for less than 2 weeks. The only thing we ask is that you do pay for the service one month in advance.

I've moved from Sydney to Melbourne, can I transfer my number?
We can issue you with a Melbourne number within minutes of your request. This way you will never miss a fax message coming into your inbox.

How will the faxes arrive to me?
As soon as someone sends a fax document to you, our system will automatically and immediately send the document as a PDF file attachment to your nominated email address.

How do I send a fax?
Quite simply, you create an email message (in Plain Text' format), then attach your PDF or WORD document to the email, then address the email to: faxnumber@ourfaxserver.com, and press send. Easy!
We will send you additional instructions once we have processed your order.
