Mobile number callers or where the freecall number transfer to a mobile number is charged at 45c per minute.
*You may select to transfer the call to either your own number (landline or mobile) or to any one of our Virtual number services. If this is the case, simply type in the service name (e.g. Voice to email, Phone Menu System, or Live Operator) and proceed to order the other service as well.

Complex Set-up: For no additional monthly charge, we can set your freecall number to transfer calls to different numbers based on the day(s) of the week, or the time of the day.
For example: Monday to Friday, transfer calls to 02nnnnnnnn, and weekends to the Live Operator service, or between 8am to 5pm, transfer calls to 02nnnnnnnn, and all other times transfer to the Voice to email service.
We can also configure the calls geographically, so that calls from NSW go to 02nnnnnnnn and all other calls go to 03nnnnnnnn, etc.

Your 1800 or 1300 number can be answered at any fixed, virtual or mobile phone in Australia.

What is the difference between a 1300 and an 1800 number?
1800 numbers
When your clients call you using an 1800 number, you will pay for the cost of all the calls. The caller will not be charged by anyone else, this is a free call for them.
1300 numbers
When your clients call you using a 1300 number, you will pay for the cost of the calls outside the local area of your answering point. The caller is charged a local call by their telephone company.
