Is there a contractual period, I mean can I cancel at anytime?
We're unlike other providers who require you remain with them for a set period. The short answer is that 'there is absolutely no penalty for cancelling at any time'. In fact, we often have overseas travellers who sign up for less than 2 weeks. The only thing we ask is that you do pay for the service one month in advance.

I need the number in a hurry can I start advertising the number right now?
Please do not advertise your new free-call number until we confirm the activation, and that you are also happy with perhaps a quick test of the service. We can generally complete the order well within 24 hours, often times within a shorter time frame.

Amounts displayed on this website are expressed and charged in Australian dollars. An Account Set-Up fee will be incurred on your final order of $19.95. All services advertised on this site do not include Goods and Services Tax (10%). This is added and calculated for Australian customers at Checkout.
